Beta Terms of Use

Last updated: May 12, 2026

Oquato is provided as a public beta product. Features may change, usage limits apply during beta, and availability is not guaranteed.

AI-generated outputs are advisory and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. They are not business, legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and for reviewing outputs before using them.

You agree not to abuse the service, bypass access or usage limits, attack the app, scrape private data, share access credentials, or overload AI/provider routes. We may suspend access to protect users, infrastructure, or provider spend.

You are responsible for the content you enter and for ensuring you have the right to use it. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or highly sensitive information that you are not prepared to process through a beta AI product.

Public shares are user-controlled. A share link can expose a curated project summary to anyone with the URL, so do not include confidential information in public shares. You can revoke a share link from the product.

Questions about public beta access or these terms can be sent to khodwe.chaitali@gmail.com.
